About the Journal
The Legal Journal of the National University of the West is a publication of the Institute of Education, Justice, and Labor. It is open-access and free of charge, published in June and December by EDUNO, the publishing house of this institution of higher learning.
Available in both electronic and print formats, the journal publishes doctrinal articles, essays, documents of interest, case law commentaries, and interviews, following a double-blind peer review process. Each issue, also available in Braille, can be found in the Library of the National University of the West.
It has been declared of legislative interest by the Honorable Senate (File No. F 519/23-24) and the Honorable Chamber of Deputies (File No. D 3821/23-24) of the Province of Buenos Aires, and of municipal interest by the Honorable Deliberative Council of Merlo (Ordinance No. 6128/23).
