Abstract

The object of the work is aimed at identifying impartiality as a complex constitutional
guarantee, composed, in addition to its traditional contents, of the temporal dimension that
judges must have in order to receive evidence with due attention, select what is relevant to resolve, evaluate it, reason and argue the final ruling in an orderly manner to settle the conflict arising
from the offense, with the task of the judicial management offices to ensure this work.
