This article offers a reflection on the need to rethink justice models in the context of a new era marked by a crisis of political representation, technological disruptions, and the exhaustion of punitive paradigms. Through a critical analysis of the retributive model and the contributions of restorative justice, it explores the possibility of an approach that prioritizes clear communication, strong defense of rights, and the humanization of judicial processes, especially in cases involving children and adolescents. The article argues that the future of justice depends on a more inclusive, dialogical paradigm that protects human dignity.
