The right to political participation on youth

This paper aims to address the concept of political rights, identifying both their holders and those entitled to exercise them. Particular attention will be given to the situation of children and adolescents in relation to the exercise of these rights. Within this framework, two dimensions will be especially analyzed: on the one hand, the right to vote; and on the other, rights related to
freedom of expression, such as the publication of political ideas, protest, and assembly, with special emphasis on their exercise through social media.
