The right to a healthy environment in Argentina is a constitutionally enshrined principle. It is presented as an essential condition for life and human development. However, environmental degradation and climate change have turned this guarantee into an urgent challenge that affects both present and future generations. In this paper, we will explore the main tools available to address this issue.
