Abstract

This article aims to illustrate, through three cases, how the unique characteristics of the
International Criminal Court often translate into evidentiary challenges that can impact the ICC's
ability to successfully fulfill its mandate of ending the impunity of the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of international concern.
