Abstract

Focusing on the link between the right to education and health, this work aims to highlight situations that demonstrate the violation of the rights of persons with disabilities, despite the fact that in our country these rights are enshrined in domestic legislation and in international human rights treaties with constitutional status to which Argentina has adhered.

    Abogada (Universidad de Morón). Docente de Problemática Regional e Introducción al Derecho (Universidad Nacional del Oeste). Profesional a cargo de la Subsecretaría de Recursos Humanos de la Municipalidad de Merlo. Profesional en el ejercicio independiente de la profesión desde 2005 a la actualidad, con amplio desempeño en los fueros civil y comercial, de familia y laboral. Fue asesora del presidente del Instituto de Previsión Social de la provincia de Buenos Aires y profesional en la Delegación San Miguel del mismo; y asesora profesional en la Secretaría de Economía y Hacienda de la Municipalidad de San Miguel.
