Abstract

This paper addresses the objectives of Argentina's last dictatorship (1976-1983), focused on the reconfiguration of the accumulation model and social disciplining through State terrorism. It examines the consolidation of the paradigm of Memory, Truth and Justice since 2003  and the legal-political impact of reopening trials for crimes against humanity. It delves into the current tension between denialist discourses emanating from the national Executive and the  persistence of reparatory policies in the Province of Buenos Aires as a strategic axis of public  management.
