DUTIES OF REVIEWERS
Confidentiality
Reviewers must not disclose any information about a manuscript submitted for review.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must not use unpublished material disclosed in a manuscript under review in their own research without the express written consent of the author. Reviewers must recuse themselves from evaluating documents in which they have conflicts of interest due to issues of competition, collaboration, or other types of relationships with any of the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the texts.
Issuance of Opinion
In the case of rejecting a manuscript, the reviewer must provide a reasoned explanation for why they believe it should not be published.
