he article presents two topics that aict society as a whole, which will be addressed within the scope of the province of Buenos Aires through the analysis of the statistics prepared by the Family Violence Registry of the Supreme Court of Justice of the province of Buenos Aires (conf. art. 18 of Law 12,569, text s/Law 14,509). This work seeks to demonstrate that there is a causal link between both situations raised in the title in order to develop ecient approach strategies among all the intervening operators from the first moment they become aware of a situation of family violence where they are involved, although but not as witnesses, children and adolescents.
