Abstract

The Comprehensive Protection System for the Rights of Children and Adolescents is normatively safeguarded by both the international community and the national and provincial levels. According to our federal system, in the Province of Buenos Aires, participation in the aforementioned system directly involves the Municipal States, through the formation of Local Promotion and Protection Services, which are administrative bodies dependent on the municipality that detect and intervene early when a child or adolescent's rights are violated.
