Abstract

The present doctrinal work aims to analyze the legal basis of the original domain of natural resources, its historical evolution, its scope, and the implications it has for the sustainable management of resources in the current context, especially when there are conflicting interests
between the Provincial States and the National State for the use and management of these resources.
