Abstract

In this article, the principles that make up the core of any jury trial law are selected with
the aim of illustrating their content and bringing clear languageto citizens, providing knowledge about the functioning of the criminal system that qoverns the most serious crimes in our country.

Presidenta de la Asociación Argentina de Juicio por Jurados. Jueza retirada de la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Exprofesora asociada de Derecho Penal I , Derecho Penal II y Derecho Procesal Penal (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa). Profesora asociada de Derecho Procesal Penal y exprofesora titular de Técnicas de litigación (Universidad del Museo Social Argentino). Exprofesora de posgrado de Derecho Penal, parte especial (Universidad del Salvador). Expresidenta de la Asociación Argentina de Profesores de Derecho Procesal Penal y exvocal de la Asociación Argentina de Derecho Procesal. Autora de numerosas publicaciones científico jurídicas.
