Abstract

The Constitution is the initial form of all positive law of the State. A finite form that authorizes the production of all other lower forms of the almost infinite order. The supreme Law is a
language of reason to legally cover the foundations of the State. It is a complex object created by the eminent task of the politics of the representatives of a citizenry to guarantee coexistence without aggression in a community where the pursuit of lasting, relative, and seamless peace is sought. From an internal and abstract perspective, typical of general theory, I propose a conceptual statement, in which each of its parts and missions is detailed.
