Abstract

In the present work we will synthesize the transcendent procedural norms established
by the constitutional text within a process of jurisprudential reformulation of the limits and rules of the traditional or classic system of federal constitutionality control in Argentina, based on a
consequent flexibility or mutation of the original design, transcending its historical origin, with
profiles typical of the current global trend.
