This work addresses the incorporation of community law and regional integration treaties in the constitutional reform of the Argentine Republic of 1994. Based on this, the structure of article 75, paragraph 24, of the Magna Carta is analyzed. Then some problems linked to the reform are stated, thirty years after its sanction and based on the experience, the advances and setbacks of Mercosur.
