The 1994 constitutional reform in Argentina not only meant an update of the legal framework to respond to new social and political demands, but also represented a key moment for the incorporation of a gender perspective in the constitutional text. This work aims, on the one hand, to analyze in detail the modifications that incorporated rights for women, highlighting the scope, limitations and challenges that arose from this process, and on the other, to also detail the consequences of these incorporations at the level legal and political, occurred in these 30 years.
