Abstract

This article aims to highlight the background that led to the enactment of laws mandating gender and violence against women training across the various branches of the State. It also invites reflection on the importance of such training within the professional associations of lawyers, and the need to deepen this education in order to contribute to the improvement of the current justice administration system.
