Abstract

This paper aims to outline the emerging challenges for the exercise of the judiciary and judicial function within the associative processes of the Argentine Federation of the Judiciary and Judicial Function.

    Presidenta reelecta de la Federación Argentina de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial. Abogada (UNT) y profesora universitaria, con extensa trayectoria en el asociacionismo judicial, actualmente preside la Asociación de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial de Tucumán (AMT). Es vocal y presidenta de la Cámara Civil y Comercial Común de Tucumán.
