Abstract

The following article aims to analyze some challenges presented by the justice, in its function of providing jurisdictional systems and organizations; as well as address, as a counterpart, the difficulties presented by people who go to justice in the opportunity to assert their rights. An attempt will be made to outline which tools still require further elaboration in order to
guarantee effective access for those who make up the most disadvantaged sectors of society.
For this purpose, in particular, a tour will be carried out on the evolution of the regulations of the National Public Ministry
