Visibility of the Rights of People in Vulnerable Situations and the Need for Their Protection

The purpose of this article is to analyze the State obligation assumed since our country’s accession to the International Instruments for the protection of human rights, and to make visible the main challenges that we currently face in relation to guaranteeing the rights of those who are located in the most vulnerable sectors of society.
