Abstract

In this article we will discuss some issues related to the implementation of Resolution
num. 4099 of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires and the possibility
that the jurisdictional body can adopt urgent protective or preventive measures ex officio without
counting with an act of the Public Ministry, the need to guarantee effective judicial protection and
to establish a duration period for them, in accordance with the bases of our current prosecution
system.
