Abstract

The purpose of this work is to make visible situations that intensely demonstrate the use of a vulnerable sector of society to transport narcotic substances through “human couriers”;
as well as to market, supply or facilitate them under the modality of drug dealing by those who carry out narcotics trafficking. With this, the aim is to show that the current challenge calls us to carry out a multi-causal approach in order to design and execute a criminal policy in accordance with and respectful of human rights.
