The article develops an analysis of the jurisprudence of the Cassation and the Superior Courts regarding the obligation to give instructions to the jury with a gender perspective. Likewise, taking into account one of the cases analyzed (Acosta Duarte of the Court of Cassation of the Province of Buenos Aires), a proposal for instructions for cases of self-defense in cases of non-confrontation is made (previous published texts) and finally an opinion, about the future in the development and use of instructions with a gender focus, is shared.
