Constitutionality control system in Argentina

In this work we will develop the control of constitutionality and conventionality in Argentin ian Law. The study is framed in the analysis of its antecedents and modalities, with special attention to the analysis of both national and Inter-american Court of Human Rights jurisprudence regarding the evolution in these years. Finally, a reflection is proposed on issues that deal with
the foundation and importance of the effective development of this type of control.
