This article proposes a renewed perspective on institutional order within the Public Prosecution Service, understanding it not as a merely authoritarian practice, but as a democratic decision linked to responsible leadership under the guidelines of sound criminal policy. Based on a concrete experience in judicial practice, the implementation of the Strategic Management Plan within the Public Prosecution Service of the Zárate-Campana Judicial Department emerges as an innovative tool aimed at optimizing available resources, strengthening specialization, and improving the quality of the response provided to the citizenry.
