Abstract

This article analyzes the institutional, constitutional, and legal issues surrounding conflicts of power within the municipal regime of the Province of Buenos Aires. Starting from the republican principle of the tripartite division of functions, it explores how the municipal State builds its power through its executive, legislative, and judicial branches.
